The Pathmaker Award honours a woman whose journey reflects courage, resilience, and impact.
Inspired by the 2026 Kelowna's International Women's Day Gala theme, Every Path Has Power, this award celebrates women who have forged their own way forward with courage and intention, and whose journey deserves to be recognized and celebrated.
We invite our community to nominate a woman who embodies this spirit. This may be someone who has overcome challenges, taken an unconventional path, led with integrity, or created meaningful impact through her work, leadership, or lived experience.
Self-nominations are welcome. We believe there is strength in owning your story and power in stepping forward to share it.
