The Boss Network
The Boss Network is a community built on connection, purpose, and the belief that when community comes together, powerful things happen.

What began as a space to support and connect entrepreneurs has grown into something much deeper — a platform that brings people together through meaningful events, shared stories, and real community impact.

At the heart of The Boss Network is the International Women’s Day Gala, an annual event created to celebrate the many paths women walk in business, in leadership, and in life. Through this event and the other events/conferences, we not only gather and connect, but also give back, raising funds to support local charities in our community.

We believe in creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. where conversations turn into connections, and connections turn into opportunity.

Over the years, I’ve met and worked alongside many women. Ceinwen stands out as a true example of what it means to lead with authenticity and to support other women with intention and grace.
